Clondrinagh National School

(Formerly Pitfield National School)

Clondrinagh National School is a small rural school in the parish of Lissycasey/Ballynacally, Co. Clare. It is situated 20 km from Ennis.

The strong emphasis we place on science in our school was recognised in September 2005 when we were presented with an "Award of Science Excellence" for our work in the Discover Primary Science project.

Music is considered a high priority and all children learn to read music and play recorder.

All strands of the revised Physical Education Curriculum are covered throughout the school. They also receive coaching from experienced hurling and football coaches each year.
